Migrating 1G of mail by hand

I'm only doing it because it will make things better down the road. Outlook has a lovely habit of asploding with our email server. I'm shifting his whole operation over to T-Bird + Lightning. It actually works pretty well. He'll be fine once he can see through his tears over temporarily losing Outlook until we migrate everything over to Exchange (some day).
